When we went to the showroom the person showing us items told me to call for cooking demo at the showroom once my range arrived for appointment.
I now have the 50inch range in my family room due to our kitchen remodel taking a whole lot longer than contract has told us. It has been in my family room since February. I called to make an appointment with this showroom for the cooking demo on the ranges and was told I need to have it installed first. Not in a pleasing tone may I add. My range won't be installed until at this point due to cabinets and windows delay. I am not pleased with the snooty attitude of the staff at this showroom.
This place was fun-- hosted a Yelp event and had a good time! Not sure if the dress code changes with the event, but we definitely missed the business casual line and were a bit underdressed but still with fly kicks.

Her role is actually to cultivate relationships with people in the trade such as designers and builders. She is, extremely knowledgeable and qualified to provide a prospective customer an outstanding experience at the Sub-Zero showroom. My client had a flat tire, there was no way she would be able to attend. Her husband would though, as the showroom was on his way home from work.
I let Tracy B know the situation and she suggested that it might be best to offer the client a reschedule so that they could attend with her husband, together. In the end, the client's husband attended the appointment. Tracy B and the showroom team answered all of the client and her husband's questions and represented the brand in the way that one would expect a luxury brand to be represented.

I drove down from Long Beach to look at the Wolf appliances, as I would like to purchase three appliances for my new kitchen. The receptionist was very rude. She didn't greet me upon entering the store; she just asked me if I had an appointment. I wasn't aware one needed an appointment. She said she could make an appointment, and I could come back later. I told her what I wanted, and asked if I could look at the appliances.
I told her I was interested in the stove top four burner with the French top, and she said we don't make that, even though I had seen it on the website. The woman was rude, loud, condescending, and treated me like some kind of a rube.
I half expected her to say " you can't afford these appliances ". She is kind of like the dog who bites the hand that feeds it; she seems to forget that customer's money pays her salary. I am not going to put up with this kind of treatment, and I intend to call corporate about this incident. Rude and unprofessional. I was just in there trying to get a basic design idea. I was never greeted and waited 10 minutes at the reception desk for anyone to even speak to me.
